Her passion can be traced back to her childhood in LA attending The Buckley School.
Ms. Ullmann utilizes her experience in the language of the film and music industry to build lucrative business collaborations to create leverage and efficacy in the 2.4 billion dollar Instagram, and 16 billion on YouTube markets.
Ms. Ullmann launched MELT Media & Music Agency, an immersive digital media company, to partner with influencers creating intra-divisional opportunities and synergies.
MELT is a unique accelerator for youth and incubator programs. They encourage team building, using digital networks to integrate the medium of film music lyrics and art, to share local trends and compelling community stories.
Elle is the Executive Producer of MELT’s “Reel Heroes” series, which provides equal access to iconic celebrities, athletes, and musicians, such as Daymond John, Steve Forbes, Waka Flocka Flame and Tommy Hilfiger. These iconic leaders share their personal stories and answer questions to help young entrepreneurs realize their dreams.

As President of FUBU International, he lead the fashion giant from $70 million to $700 million and in his role as President of New Business Development at Phat Fashions he lead the organization from $80 million to $800 million.
He is arguably the world’s leading expert in celebrity brand development, brand management, licensing, and monetization having overseen the successful launches of brands for clients who include Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Nicki Minaj, and many others. Hailey Ullmann - Reel Heroes Co-Anchor
Hailey Ullmann grew up a highly competitive sailor; she represented team USA at two world championships in Spain and Austria. Hailey then was recruited to Boston College for sailing, where she majored in finance and leadership in management. While in school, her and her brothers started the family's surf prep lifestyle brand, Hashtag Board Co. Now, Hailey Ullmann is at Fordham Law where I’m practicing to be a corporate lawyer. In the past, she has worked at M Science, a research focused subsidiary of Jeffries. She spent this past summer honing her skills as a summer associate in the corporate group at Baker Botts. She is one of the co-hosts of MELT's Reel Heroes mentorship series and is the only female anchor.
Remi Ullmann - Reel Heroes Co-Anchor
Remington Ullmann is a political commentator, activist, and social entrepreneur with a focus on giving back to his community. Remi is currently studying political science and Film at Lynn University. He is a cofounder of Hashtag Board Co. and from 2015 to 2017, was the Norwegian Ambassador for Longboarding for Peace. In the past, he has worked with UNESCO Center for Peace and Help Feed South Florida. Most recently, Remi has reported pieces and created content that aired on Bold TV while he interned there. Remington is also a host of MELT's Reel Heroes Mentorship Series.
Tiffany Moya - Digital Content Creator & Photo-Journalist

Tiffany is a conscious content creator, assisting to capture the feeling and experience of a brands identity. An Arts graduate from University California Santa Cruz, she employs styling, language, and digital media to compose visual dynamic stories. Experienced working in the electronic music industry for a hybrid advertising digital media publication, she agilely navigates and composes multimedia stories. Artist statement: “My intention is to capture a feeling, a mood, and connection. To evoke a sensation and uncover truth within the mediums of language and photojournalism.
Nic Saichin - Digital Content Creator & Social Media Specialist
As far as he could remember Nicholas was always finding something to creatively write about. He began his writing career, non-professionally by voluntarily creating prompts for himself. From free-form works, business-focused pieces to opinion-based articles, he can be best described as a "swiss army knife’ of a writer. As a social media guru and as a talented content writer, he landed with CEO Elle Ullmann to help further advance Hashtag Board Co., by writing and sharing his articles that encompassed everything that involved pop culture and what was happening in the “now”.
He also spent time in Stamford, CT writing business-minded articles and maintaining a strong blog presence for Our IdeaWorks, a company that develops high-end innovative strategies to help kickstart and support up and coming businesses in the Fairfield County area.
Currently, he resides in Southern California where he has created a blog called “Behind The Blueline”. The blog is a hockey-based writing space where he focuses his articles on what’s going on in the NHL, his team the New York Rangers, as well as some of his creative writing pieces.
When he’s not writing, he enjoys playing golf year-round and bodysurfing at his favorite beach.
